Happy Halloween!

Lj and I had a great time yesterday. The South does Halloween a little differently than back home. Most of the churches have a Fall Festival and Trick-or-Treating is replaced with what they call Trunk-or-Treat. Trunk-or-Treat consists of people parking in a parking lot and decorating their cars. Kids then go around from car to car collecting candy.

We went with our friends to their church. They had dinner, a fire truck, a helicopter, jumpy houses, and a ton more. The boys had a blast. We then took them back to my friend's neighborhood, where they got to Trick-or-Treat the traditional way. We called it quits pretty early, we were hot (it was in the 80's) and tired. We got the boys cleaned up, let them relax with a little Disney, and the moms enjoyed a well deserved glass of wine.
