What's New?

We had our first true Halloween as a family this year. LJ dressed as his favorite character Woody from Toy Story. His ava made the costume, he loved it. We thought he would be somewhat hesitant with Trick or Treating, but he was a pro in no time. He would say, "Trick or Treat" and "thank you" at each house. He needs some coaching on what candies to choose next year, but he ended up with a bucket full nonetheless. Fortunately, he has lost interest in the candy and is not asking for it so Daddy and I have picked through all the good ones and the rest have made it to my classroom
.

As for what is going on with the baby-to-be; we had our first appointment on Friday. We heard the heartbeat and got to meet one of the doctors on staff. So far everything is looking good, and I am about 12 weeks. This baby is treating me a little bit differently than LJ did. This one likes to make me really tired and sick most nights. Fortunately the illness is getting better and less frequent...I am hoping that my energy will come back soon.
